I did not try the food so will give it the benefit of the doubt. However, the staff were not really welcoming, the red wine by the glass did not convince me either despite the 25 GBP I paid for it (I do not mind the price but the mediocre quality). I found a better place just across the street called Trogolo

Guys .. the wine is tasty but for the prices you need to be Italian style and give some aperitivo with the wine ?! Even posher bars for the same prices give you some olives and nuts at least. Also you should have some jazz music or something to add to the vibe :)

Great wine shop and bar. Top quality wines on sale, can have a glass or a cocktail too, £5 charge to drink wine in if you buy a bottle. Nice decor inside too, some outdoor seating as well.

Honestly this was such a lovely haven from the London City. This little wine cafe was exactly what I needed after a long day at work. They had a great selection of wines from all over the world, and really helpful when you can’t decide which direction to indulge. I will definitely be back again to unwind and escape.
