The food is excellent, with the service to match. Started with the rum punch (of course), definitely recommend, but also be sure to sample the rest of the cocktail menu. To eat, I had the Boston wings, Curry goat and the Rum cake. EVERYTHING tasted GOOD. Shout out to Dionne for being a great host.

Absolutely fabulous! We were craving good caribbean food and Rudie’s food hit the spot! The cocktails were immaculate, the jerk lamb & curry goat so flavourful. I am going back this week even!

If you're looking for somewhere to Dine with Family or Friends, the Rudie's in Brixton is your go to. Customer service was great. I was quite impressed that the server remembered our order from memory and didn't use anything when taking our order to write it down. Yes she came back to us once if twice just to confirm, bur she did good. Staff were friendly and approachable. Food came out promptly. We didn't have to wait around for too long. A couple of the orders did get forgotten about but this was rectified and we received it in the end. Food was spot on. Full of flavour, well presented and good portion sizes. The cocktails/mocktails were also nice. Would definitely recommend.

We stumbled across this lovely restaurant after a photoshoot at a local establishment. It was late on a Saturday evening and we walked in to request a table for three women and two babies. We were greeted warmly and the staff willingly made space for our pram to fit next to our table. The food was very enjoyable, as was the atmosphere. I was also impressed by the customer service by both Antonia and Gabriel. Based on this experience I would revisit this restaurant.

My daughter took me here for my Mother’s Day dinner (after a mani pedi). We were met by a nice young gentleman who seated us, Gabrielle, then looked after throughout by Tia. She was lovely. I loved the way she was true to herself and didn’t code switch because she was at work. We had starters of ackee and Saltfish for one and chicken wings for the other. We chose the sweet glaze on the wings and it was divine. Starters were closely followed by a rum punch and my cocktail - Jamaica Nice, it definitely was. Our main was shrimp rundown and I had curry goat and rice with a side of plantain. My portion was enough to take some home for a snack before bed. The ambiance was great, the music just the right volume and I had a great time swinging to soul hits from back in the day. If you are looking for a sit down meal that’s not too formal I would highly recommend this place.
