I had a lovey time eating here. The cakes are lovely and the hot cocoa (normal) was nice. Staff were friendly and attentive. Would definitely go again.

What can I say, the coffee, the ham and cheese croissant was to die for. Fresh food, soft and full of flavour. I am not from london, but I know my food and coffee and this the best croissant and coffee I have ever had by far. The staff are welcoming and friendly, even got another croissant... pure perfection

Visited for a quick breakfast before leaving to the airport. DELICIOUS! Coffee was great. I love scones so much. I could have one everyday for breakfast. Ham and cheese croissant was very savory as well. Recommend it all.

I visited this wonderful establishment during a business trip. As a coffee enthusiast from Worcester, I often struggle to satisfy my caffeine cravings abroad, but Gail's has filled this hole in my life. To put it simply, this might be the cleanest Gail's I have ever seen and I would definitely come back again. The staff were great and it was wonderful to feel warm during this terrible cost of living crisis that does not allow me to have the heating on at home.

I absolutely LOVE Gail's! Their pastries are so good (I'd recommend the almond croissant) and staff is always so friendly and smiling. After uni, I usually come to the one in Blackfriars to study (it's really nice and cozy), and Neeya and Arianna always remember my order!

The pastries were really good. Had the cheese straws, spinach & feta roll and a mini salami & cornichon bun. They didn’t have time to be photographed as they were devoured in a flash. Staff were friendly to explain their baked goods and there is an option for cheese straws with some baked slightly longer for those who like the extra crunch. Washed everything down with a naturally sweet bottle of OJ. Good little carbolicious meal.

We stayed at the Autograph hotel next to Gail’s.m for 4 nights. We spent each of our mornings enjoying flat whites, tea, and croissants each morning. Nothing but great service and fantastic drinks and food. Not sure how others rate GAILS so moderately. When in the area this is a nice oasis for cafe fare.
