Store opens at 8am. I arrived at 8 48am only to find the hot chocolate still wasn’t mixed and ready for tasting. I was most disappointed :(

My experience was really good, the team were so helpful. I came in around 7ish and Raf (I think her name was) was super nice. The tasters were a good addition too. Couldn’t fault anything !
