Store opens at 8am. I arrived at 8 48am only to find the hot chocolate still wasn’t mixed and ready for tasting. I was most disappointed :(

My experience was really good, the team were so helpful. I came in around 7ish and Raf (I think her name was) was super nice. The tasters were a good addition too. Couldn’t fault anything !

Visited the London Bridge branch Whittard of Chelsea ages ago but it was not on google map then. It was before lockdown when they offered tastings. The staff were really helpful so I was able to narrow down which tea to get.
