I had dinner here for my girlfriend's birthday on the 29/6 and everything was amazing! Service from Aleksandr and the woman waitress (I didn't get your name but you know who you are, the one who sung happy birthday) were outstanding! Very welcoming and helpful towards the menu. The food was great here, a bit pricey but also worth it at the same time. I definitely recommend coming here! Hidden gem that isn't on the main road but very peaceful atmosphere. Great selection from the menu! Had our very first date here and now my girlfriend's birthday. Will be coming again for another special occasion. Thank you to everyone there for making it special!

A beautiful restaurant with great quality food, perfect for a special occassion or just a nice meal out with friends. Highlight was both meat dishes (rib eye and lamb shoulder) and the truffle arancini starter. The autumn mess and crab with bisque were also of good quality but wouldn't order again. Friendly staff however service was inconsistent. It started off incredibly well; the waiter put a lot of effort to put together an Australian mocktail but unfortunately, service towards the end of the night/after mains was very slow, having to ask for and wait around for the dessert menu, bill and card machine etc. Would recommend and would return in future.

Stylish restaurant from the 28-50 chain. Nice deco as usual, the food is usually good and staff great. I like the off white marble tables contrasting with the dark rich velvety purple and brown chairs. Always a nice mix of colours and textures. As always, the lovely little industrial ceiling lights come on their own as it darkens, giving a cosier atmosphere to the place. My only niggle the portions were on the smaller side and it was a tad pricey perhaps but there again you are in South Kensington. Also, I was told they have recently changed the menu, I think it shows, it needs a bit of fine tuning. Having said, the food wasn't bad, just not as good as I would have expected. The bread was good but the butter delicious. Very good taste and texture. I was told it is mixed with yogurt and it shows the creamier and smoother consistency. The crab salad was very tasty, with the mango and avocado pureé all well balanced. The sole meuniere perhaps the weakest. Small portion and new potatoes a bit too firm but the fish was well cooked. The chocolate delice dessert very good, the salted caramel ice cream a nice contrast with the chocolate. The staff were great and the service excellent. Special mention to my waiter on the day, Alexander, he was superb!

Overall decent restaurant. Was pleasant enough although was slightly overpriced for what it is. Ordered the chorizo and arancini for starters. Arancini was good but the chorizo was quite basic. Could have done more with this. Ordered the chocolate mousse for dessert and didn't find it rich enough but this might just be my preference. Also found the texture quite unusual which made it heavier than other mousses I've had.

Lovely birthday dinner. This is the third time I've been here and it never disappoints. Service was as always excellent. Our waitress was kind and attentive. She even sang me Happy Birthday. The table next to us sang along and that made the atmosphere even more special. I was truly touched. Thanks to the staff and everyone that made the occasion special. Food was excellent too. Here you always start off with bread and butter on the house, which I think really should be more commonplace at restaurants. I had ratatouille as my main, a traditional French dish which was delicious and nutritious, with a great variety of vegetables. The sweets too were good. The chocolate delice in particular was soft and rather chocolatey without being too sweet. The berry salad was a healthy and naturally delicious dessert for the summer. This place has marked special occasions of mine with such solid service, fantastic food and elegant décor. Well worth recommending.

Fabulous dinner at this stylish restaurant & wine bar on Draycott Ave. We started with champagne & oysters at the bar, beautifully presented. Richard was charming. Followed by the full "prestige" tasting menu, Barbara helped advise us. Wild mushroom veloute and hanger steak... Perfect. Just spectacular, and the wine background from the sommelier Kesia (?) - a real enthusiast and very inspiring. The service throughout was fabulous and the food amazing. I'll definitely go back!

Great place, but more on the expensive side. The rib-eye steak was delicious. The side fries were very good too. The salmon cevice is fine, but nothing too exciting unfortunately. The waitress was very kind and attentive.

Good selection of seafood- had multiple sharing plates of crab salad, goat cheese salad, the sold menuire was good as was the prawns . The arancini, artichoke tempura was average. Good selection of wines- the klein Constantina red was excellent. Lighting was far too low for dining.
