Ordered my food for the children at 9.45 kept getting changing times for preparation and delivery estimates...I wasn't able to cancel the order myself but then it was cancelled just before midnight by them. No explanation or apology Nothing how rude are they. 11/07/25

I ordered from here and I understand that it’s McDonalds but at least give me what I ordered. I ordered hash brown and I wanted specifically hash brown and they literally did not give it. Even the pancakes there is supposed to be butter and maple syrup but butter was not in there.

I went here yesterday, very clean, but very busy and a bit on the small size I believe. It is situated within the ASDA, Park Royal, store. Obviously has access to the stores free parking and toilet facilities. Access is OK for disabled and wheelchair users. I had a Banana Milkshake with 2 x Apple Pies and a Veggy Deluxe Burger.
