We love Knoops! Service here was slow. Sadly the 73% hot chocolate had no chocolate, just milk - really disappointing. Maybe it was just a bad day for them. The 60% Venezuelan moccha was really nice, however.
I ordered a regular size hot chocolate for £8.90 and what I received was shocking – the cup was only half full and way too hot to drink. When I asked, I was told this is their “regular size”. On top of that, the staff were extremely rude and dismissive. Very poor value for money and an unpleasant experience. I will never come back.
Came to Knoops all the way from Birmingham, was served by the lovely Ceecee and Davika who went through the chocolates accordingly despite my allergy. Which I’m super grateful for. I will come back just because of how friendly they were and also the drinks being amazing.
