Pleasantly surprised! 😮 I had the Shack Classic Beef Burger with Peri Peri Fries. The burger was grilled perfectly and not overcooked, fresh, juicy & tender quality beef mince patty in a soft, fresh brioche bun. The fries were quality too with a generous dusting of peri peri powder, but the highlight for me was definitely the beef burger - my compliments to the grill chef and will pop in again whenever I'm passing through Bermondsey!

The food was amazing, the price was veeeery reasonable for the amount we got! We fed 4 adults and 3 kids for a great price! The kids meals are very good, much better quality than I expected because restaurants usually skimp on kids meals, but these were mini versions of an adult meal. Well packaged and delivered with a smile and a lot of friendly chat. I'm definitely ordering here again. Probably very soon!

The food at this restaurant is absolutely phenomenal, especially the gourmet burgers. The staff are also very kind and friendly. Even waiting for you food is a surprisingly pleasant experience because they provide you with a very comfortable couch to sit on.

Me and my partner got some food from here, staff were really friendly and place was clean. Food was really fresh I had the half chicken with chips, chicken was better quality than chain restaurants. My partner had the cheeseburger with chips was cooked as requested and was juicy. Shared the prawn starter which was super yummy and prawns weren’t rubbery which was a nice surprise. Would recommend and definitely eat from again.

Wow! Very tasty food and top class presentation. I can't remember the last time my family had I had such a nice take-away (10/10 from starter to desserts, the cheese cake was out of the world!) everything was just perfect. Thank you to the management and staff at the Smoke Shack!

Went to this place to try there food out. We ordered mix grill and the chicken 🍔food was 10/10 staff very friendly. As an ambulance driver at guy's hospital this is local for us. Highly recommended. We will definitely go and have there food again and again.

So glad there’s finally something different and new in the area! And being Halal is an extra bonus! They didn’t disappoint with the quality either. The food was quickly prepared and I would rate each item a 10/10.. Cant go wrong with the Buttermilk chicken burger and their lamb chops are to die for! Will definitely be ordering again!

Very very nice I've eaten from here a few times and haven't been disappointed. They are quick and friendly and the food is amazing so much taste. You can tell they put time and effort into it which I love as I'm fussy about where I eat. Would 100% recommend them.
