I've been wanting to try this place since they reopened, and I'm very glad I did. I was there for lunch, so I ordered from the Menu of the Day (available between 12 and 3). This includes soup, a main, a drink (including wine/beer) and a coffee all for £14. Amazing value.
The soup was a simple but lovely cabbage vegetable soup. I ordered a Super Bock (Portuguese beer) which came ice cold from the tap.
For my main, I had the pork loin cooked with onions and potatoes. I have never had such tender, juicy pork loin--it had all the savoury goodness of an expensive cut of steak.
To top it all off, the staff were extremely friendly and happily accommodated our 10 month old. I predict this will be the next great Harlesden restaurant. I'll definitely be back.

The food was amazing and so were staff. I had a this very tasty cod and it will definitely come back. The dish is called "Minhota Cod"
Delicious food and brilliant service! We'll definitely go back. We had the grilled shrimps, bifanas, grilled pork belly and some dessert for take away. We couldn't fit more food, although we wanted to eat more. Don't read the bad reviews, I can't believe people complain about the food and service at this restaurant. 5 stars worth experience
Outside there are a few tables in the open air. They allow you one hour thirty minutes at your table. Inside there are eight tables, plenty of space. A small bar, a drinks cabinet with refrigerated drinks, three chicken ornaments, a metallic map of Africa and other ornaments. The other tables were occupied, people seemed to be enjoying eating there, they allowed an elderly gentleman to take home some of his meal which he couldn't finish, the staff were friendly, chatting nicely to customers and helpful. My coffee was nice, it could do with a menu on view, the toilets were clean with toilet paper, soap, hand dryer.

She come 4 times in 10 min to ask if i want to order.
When i wanted to order food she said that the chef will take lunch break.
