I've been wanting to try this place since they reopened, and I'm very glad I did. I was there for lunch, so I ordered from the Menu of the Day (available between 12 and 3). This includes soup, a main, a drink (including wine/beer) and a coffee all for £14. Amazing value. The soup was a simple but lovely cabbage vegetable soup. I ordered a Super Bock (Portuguese beer) which came ice cold from the tap. For my main, I had the pork loin cooked with onions and potatoes. I have never had such tender, juicy pork loin--it had all the savoury goodness of an expensive cut of steak. To top it all off, the staff were extremely friendly and happily accommodated our 10 month old. I predict this will be the next great Harlesden restaurant. I'll definitely be back.
The restaurant provided excellent service and made our eat-out experience truly enjoyable.
