Highly recommend the bubble waffles! Very delicious and looks extremely good as well!
Was a little busy last time I visited on a weekend, so make sure you get there early or go during a week day to avoid a little wait if you can.

Delicious Thai milk tea: Loved the flavours, authentic and not too sweet, reminds me of Thailand! I also got the bubble waffle with nutella, crispy and fresh and it was decorated with gold spray!
Also they have very friendly service and sweet staff. Will visit again!!

The waffle is good the toppings are nice but quite heavy. One was was for two people.

It's closing it's time at the boxpark by the end of april 2019. If you do get a chance to go, they have pretty good bubble tea and a wide variety of bubble waffle flavours (including vegan options!) The staff are quite friendly as well.

Crisp and tasty bubble waffle, good amount of filling but the vanilla ice cream wasn’t the greatest - think it was cheaper quality from how it tasted.

Delicious bubble waffles, with its own vegan menu filled with so many choices. My personal favourite is the (vegan) berry crunch. You can add vegan ice cream too for an extra £2 - the banana chocolate flavour is amazing but then you end up paying £8.50 altogether which is expensive.
The waffles are made to order and so service can be slow although the servers are knowledgeable about the products.
Personally haven’t tried to bubble tea but they have a good variety of types; overall a great place to have every once in a while for a treat!

Probably the best bubble tea I've had in London. Tried the coconut and taro bubble tea and it was delicious! It was really creamy and smooth without the powdery taste, the amount of tapioca was also sufficient and tasty.
We tried the vegan oh my coconut waffles too and that was very good too, but the person who served us took ages, not sure if he was new and we had to wait quite a long time for it to be served. The other staff seem friendly enough and really quick.
