Base Face Pizza

I am following up with an updated review after the owner was kind enough to take on board the feedback shared. Originally we were turned away for table service, despite the restaurant due to be open for almost another 45/50 mins. The owner took on board the feedback and worked with us to find a resolution. As a result, we had a follow up dining experience here and I am very pleased to share it was excellent! The pizzas were amazing! Would recommend the truffle pizza as the flavours and textures were exquisite. Desserts are also worth saving space for. Thank you for the excellent food and above all, for taking time to listen and take on board the feedback.

This is my 2nd time here within few months and I am glad I came back. The Margarita was heavenly and the atmosphere was great. It was a busy Wednesday evening and the staff did great even though they looked a bit stretched. Special thank you to Sarah Ann for taking care of us. She needs a raise and a holiday! Actually had it delivered so cannot attest to the atmosphere (yet), but oh gosh it was the best pizza I've had in a looong time (and I had tried out lots of top rated pizzas in the area). Had the double salami with jalapeno dip and it was amazing. DO NOT skip on the dipping!! Generous topping. Soft yet crispy dough. Great price. What more can you ask for. Thank you Base Face, I'm looking forward to dine in the next time!!

Just want to let you guys know that your pizza has made me actually enjoy Neapolitan style. It's honestly the best Neapolitan i've ever had. I generally don't like Neapolitan because a lot of places make it too wet or don't get the char right or produce dough that tastes rubbery. But you guys make it absolutely perfect. I eat two a go every time. I've had a lot of the 'big' Neapolitan places in West and central and this is honestly my favourite. I don't even generally write reviews for stuff I just want you guys to know you're doing amazing work and thank you!

I feel bad for putting four stars because the staff were amazing, so friendly and nice and quick and efficient I loved the experience. The salad was amazing and the pizzas were nice but a little bit bland, not sure if it was the cheese or sth else but something was missing to make the pizzas 5 stars. Yes it’s worth coming by and the ambience is lovely but can’t give it 5 stars based on what we ordered.

Outstanding. Pizza's amazing, most of the ingredients are locally sourced and are the best flavours. The ambience is great with a lot of natural colours and a bit of British green. Amazing jazz music in the background making every mouthful almost divine. Soft warm lighting Menu Around 12 pizzas from the classic to the exotic ones - honestly can't wait to try all of them. The guys know what they do - Be Local and eat your Carbs - it's cool 😎
