I've walker past this mystery place several times and everytime the queue stretched around the corner. When I went for an early morning walk to my surprise it was open and no queue. When you enter the place there is no mention this place is a mecca for hot chocolate, I though it was just one of those pop up trendy coffee shop. When I eventually found out it was a hot chocolate I got excited. I've never seen so many different type of chocolate to basically make hot chocolate. The best thing is they don't only do hot drinks 😜 but also cold drinks. Unless you know the different type of chocolate with a particular flavour. Making sense of what to get is confusing and tough. There is instruction / recommendation but I was to tired for that so I asked the guy to surprise me. Don't get me wrong I love milkshakes and I like milk chocolate but then one I got was really good but in the end it was filling and make too sweet. I love the place, the staff was interactive to get an idea of what type of drink I would enjoy and to be the chocolate concept and being a chocolate lover chocolate, I was in heaven. The only thing that might be a struggle for some is deciding on what to get and get it right. I also think it was a bit pricey but you definitely know the moneys worth.

Delicious chocolate drink, well worth it! Cool modern vibe Was quite busy, little seating space. If you come to Richmond get and drink and go for a walk down the thames

Whenever I passing over here I would love to try one of the dark hot chocolate. They served ice drink as well. But I like to try hot warm beverage. It was first time try so I asked help for the staff. Staff was friendly and helpful. Tasty great and clean space, but they don’t have much seating space available. And price little bit expensive then other hot beverages. But I will try white chocolate soon :)

This is the best chocolate store ever I’ve tried worldwide so far!!!! Fantastic DIY hot chocolate drinks. I had my first ginger,oak and 72% dark chocolate here with an awesome memory here! Those ladies open the store at 8:00am in the morning to welcome the earlier birds come to enjoy the hospitality and their great service. Thank you☀️☀️☀️☀️

Phenomenal Milkshake (96% extra dark) £6.25 for that size. Wish it was a bit thicker though but the flavour is just excellent.

Very cool coffee shop on the corner of a road intersection in central Richmond. Small with a few seats inside. The nice thing is it's open till 9pm every day!!

I wish every cafe was as serious about hot cocoa as Knoops. You can customize your hot cocoa to your optimal level of chocolatey-ness.

Interesting place for chocolate lovers! They’ve got all intensity levels of chocolate and you can add your seasons/toppings. I had the 80% Uganda smoky chocolate with orange and sea salts on top. Would recommend a stop by.

Hands down the best Hot Chocolate and coffee experience I have ever had. I got the 28% White chocolate with matcha, as per recommendation from the founder, which was there. This place brings a smile to peoples faces and is a good reflection of the Richmond community :) I can’t wait to come back for more!
