Very cool coffee shop on the corner of a road intersection in central Richmond. Small with a few seats inside. The nice thing is it's open till 9pm every day!!

Pretty good. My iced chocolate could have been more 'iced'. It was actually warm on the top! But the taste was perfect. Dark chocolate, rich and creamy.

I wish every cafe was as serious about hot cocoa as Knoops. You can customize your hot cocoa to your optimal level of chocolatey-ness.

Lovely hot chocolate with vegan options clearly labelled (and lots of them). They make a very flavourful hot chocolate, better than most I've had before in coffee shops etc., I'm sure we'll be back to try another flavour when we're next in the area.
It's a small shop but we went on a Sunday late afternoon and were able to sit down inside while we had our drink.

This is the best chocolate store ever I’ve tried worldwide so far!!!!
Fantastic DIY hot chocolate drinks. I had my first ginger,oak and 72% dark chocolate here with an awesome memory here!
Those ladies open the store at 8:00am in the morning to welcome the earlier birds come to enjoy the hospitality and their great service. Thank you☀️☀️☀️☀️

Good experience. The concept of choosing your chocolate and having different versions of it, is great! They also have vegan options. The location is great and the service of the people there is also nice. Location-wise is very convenient given that its right at the centre of Richmond. Would visit again in the future.
