Pianta Restaurant

Really enjoyed our meal at PiANTA - the food and service were exceptional. An imaginative menu and I loved the restaurant's colour scheme - everything was just right. The owner even came to say hello and the chef thanked us for our visit. For a new restaurant in Chiswick, PiANTA is a very welcome addition to Turnham Green Terrace and I will be returning!

Blown away by the plethora of delicious dishes! We went as a table of 5, ate and shared a mass of food - not one dish disappointed - each put a bigger indulged smile on our faces. Sat in the smart but comfortable raised dining room at the back of the restaurant. It’s not easy finding a good Italian. This is one!

We were courageous to try Vegan Italian cuisine and Pianta was outstanding. The food was mouthwatering and delicious. The portion of food was good enough for the price. The service was quick and the staffs were friendly. I would recommend to try their bruschetta, gnocchi pomodoro pasta, the grill vegetables and cous cous. The place is new and has an amazing ambience too. A shout out to the Manager (Alex) who recommended us a very good wine.

A little bit underwhelming, but the restaurant is starting out, so flaws are to be expected.. 3.5* but I've rounded up to 4. Service was very friendly and helpful, however got a bit slower as the restaurant filled up. Firstly the arancini starter needs a rework - it was literally just plain rice with some random peas in the middle! Very bland and I would not recommend. Please sort the recipe! The other food was okay, the best meal was in fact the only meat dish - the lamb special - lamb very tender and tasty. The ravioli was nice but had slightly too potato mashy texture inside. Good Italian wine choices, slightly expensive compared to wines at other Italians nearby. I probably wouldn't return due to the number of Italians in Chiswick that are tastier.
