Found this place by pure chance, just walking around. So glad we did! Absolutely outstanding meal, I had the cod loin and hubby a fantastic fillet steak sourced from a family farm in Yorkshire. Brilliant service, uber attentive and polite staff. Extensive wine list and all great value for money. What a gem, don't hesitate.... try it!

Really cool place to hang and eat, though the food was really tasty the portions were quite small, besides that I enjoyed every other thing the restaurant had to offer, nice staff, cool
Ambience.

Really lovely place - found it by accident with my dad and had an old fashioned before we went to the theatre. Enjoyed it so much we came back after the show and to our luck it was happy hour! Our server was Nicole who was lovely, and we were also helped by Olga. Both were fantastic, the service is really great and they were very patient with us considering that, by the end, I imagine we were quite annoying tipsy customers!! The drinks were lovely and the prices are decent. We will definitely be back to try the food at some point, but thank you for a lovely evening! ☺️

The food quality, wine selection, and general atmosphere is always excellent. Have eaten here a couple of times, and ordered the 250g Fillet - Cooked perfectly.
On last visit the waitress accidentally brought the wrong wine, but when we flagged it they gave us the bottle (a more expensive option) with the price adjusted to what we'd ordered.
Much less manic and busy than some steak venues, which makes for a better dining experience - Highly recommend!

It’s hard to describe how much I love this restaurant. I stumbled upon it by accident and it is hands down the best steak I’ve ever had, every time I come. I’m from the states and make it a point to visit whenever I’m in town—no ifs, ands, or buts! The staff is wonderful too, incredibly friendly and helpful. Do yourself a favor and don’t pass up on this restaurant.

We got the Time Out offer, which allows you to enjoy the pre-theatre menu after 6 plus a glass of prosecco. Impeccable service. We all ordered steak for mains, and the 4 of us loved it. Melt in your mouth.
I loved the art and ambience, and again: the staff are first class. Our fourth diner was late by 45 mins, and it was no bother at all. Very warm and posh kind of place, perfect for special dinner, first date cocktails or to just escape the tourists.
I would 100% recommend the pre-theatre menu, and the wine list is surprisingly broad.

My friend and I arrived early but were seated very quickly. Overall we had a positive experience, the staff are all very friendly, the decor is quirky, but has a bright and airy feel, with air-con on high which was much appreciated on a hot day!
In terms of food, we tried their calamari and courgette fritti to start. The calamari was nothing to write home about, but the courgette fritti was delicious! The were much closer to a shoestring rather than a chip size, but really tasty.
On to mains: we tried their ribeye and their aged rump. Both were cooked excellently with the all-important fat rendered down perfectly. Our server was kind enough to have the steaks put on one board and sliced up because he knew we were sharing, this was a much-appreciated bit of customer service.
Slight letdowns came in the form of the sides....the dauphinose was obviously cut from a large piece, heated up and served on a side plate, might have been nicer in its own little container. The triple cooked chips weren't crunchy, more like a mass-produced roast potato. Finally, the surf and turf additional side was three overcooked prawns and hadn't had their black part removed from the spine, not ideal. Also a note to say that the soft drink offering could be better. We didn't have dessert so can't comment on those.
These were all minor gripes in balance of the excellent steaks and friendly service. Considering they are a steak restaurant, they definitely excelled in their primary offering. I really enjoyed the experience overall and would return.

Came here for a pre theatre meal and can confirm the fillet steak was superb. Slightly charred on the outside, medium rare on the inside and so juicy. Delicious sides and top notch service.
Would reccomend and return.

Great visit to Jones Family Affair, we had food from the Pre-theatre menu which has a some good options for both veggie/meat eaters. Cocktails were brilliant and the choice is extensive (my favourite was the Apple of My Eye). Despite the restaurant being very well and extensively decorated they create a very relaxed environment for you to enjoy your meal. Service was great and the staff were very friendly and attentive.
