Pret A Manger

Tucked just out the way of Oxford Street is a perky little pret. Nice and friendly staff. Not a tradie place my steelies and work gear out of place for the sophisticated clientele but they don't mind. Food offering was sparse except for fruit but I witnessed the local homeless come and do a snatch and grab, pret staff were polite and got there food back so well done for dealing with it calmly. I am guessing that's the reason for the empty shelves so fair fuggs to them. Nice little stop while doing your shopping. Will be back.

This branch of Pret is very spacious and offers plenty of seating options both upstairs and downstairs. The location is fantastic, situated just off Oxford Street and very close to Tottenham Court Road station. The air conditioning works great which is a plus during hot weather. You can help yourself to the free filtered tap water. There is a good food and drink selection here, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I highly recommend trying the iced coolers, especially on a hot day. However, I wasn't a fan of the new Pret shakers as the drinks become very diluted when the ice melts. My main minor complaint is that there was only one staff member on duty during my visit on a Friday evening. At certain times during my visit, long queues of customers were waiting to be served, and the staff member had to take orders at the till and also make the drinks. She however remained friendly and provided excellent customer service despite the long queue. The tables were a bit dirty and needed to be wiped.

Nice branch located just off Oxford Street. Good vibe. Service was pleasant and friendly. Iced americano was spot on. Nice selection of soups, sandwiches, salads, juices and more. My issues and what stopped me giving this a 5 was how cold it was. It was a slightly warm day but it felt like a fridge inside. I had to move three times as I was shivering. Cleanliness was debatable. Cleaning to Pret staff is just picking up a few things rather than wiping tables and chairs or sweeping floors! Fine otherwise and loved the music.

The team is this Pret is very friendly, professional and always with a big smile. The manager Milan is outstanding, he goes always the extra mile to help the clients! Geanina is s wonderful, always smiling and Ramon makes the best coffees in the Central London…Well done Team!! Very satisfied to have my creamy lovely macchiato everyday! REALLY SUGGESTED
