A lovely little place with an immensity of excellent made Hungarian food
Highly recommended!

Fond memories of their Catfish curry special months ago, today I had their special too - sweet green peas in a milk stew with lightly grilled, smoky frankfurter sausages. Really unusual but apparently a classic.

Loving The Hungry Tummy! I would always order again, the food was very nice and the team is so kind and helping. I organized a food delivery for my partner's birthday (he is Hungarian), so wanted to get authentic food. The Hungry Tummy team not only made it work to deliver to our place, but also everyone loved the food, kept on coming to me and asking what it is and where it is from. And it totally passed the authenticity check :) 5 stars!

We have been regular customers way before they got their alcohol license. I feel so sad that they had to change their menu to cope with the demand of the area. I really like their cooked meals like the goulash soup, chicken paprikas, beef stew and the chimney cakes. Langos is good too, I mean they have the garlic flavouring which I wasn't able to find in Budapest.
The Palinka that they sell is good quality. The stuffed pepper with cabbage pickles is the best, hope they bring it back to the menu.
I hope that the business gets better. I totally recommended this place.

Looking forward to going back.

Very Small but very cosy restaurant, good selection of Hungarian drinks and food, very quick and friendly service. Chicken stew with the little pasta is really good, langos very yummy. The only thing ruined the experience was the smell of food on your clothes. We will come back.

Authentic hungarian food in a take away or dine in. Note very limited seating for dinning in. Hungarian products to sell for home cooking.

I found this little gem by chance and I will definitely come back to try more dishes as I only had goulash soup which was delicious! I also love the way it was served in a white and blue enamel plate. Sziasztok!

A visit to Budapest a few years ago it was really nice to find a Hungarian place local. It’s a comprehensive menu and food was really tasty and good quality. Don’t let the name out you off, it’s very, very good

Cosy little place reminiscent of Budapest. Hungarian dumplings (noodles) didn’t disappoint. I’d ask for extra cucumber salad if I was going back - so well seasoned and beautifully pickly. Definitely recommend sitting outside in the cold air for a hearty Hungarian experience.
