Thoroughly enjoyed the food and experience at La Petit in Chelsea
High quality, full of flavour, accompanied with delicious condiments to enhance your experience.
The atmosphere is relaxed and buzzing, whilst not in-expensive, the overall quality of the food is memorable and delicious enough to make you want more or come back. PS..avocado hummus and mini quesadillas are superb!
Service is swift and slick... definitely worth coming back too!
Keep up the good work Le Petit!
Elegant and excellent tasty food. The service was brilliant. I would have given it 5 stars but found the caramel sauce for the French toast a bit too sweet. It was still a tasty dessert, but may be I shouldn't have allowed the waiter to pour the whole caramel sauce on the French toast.
Amazing service and food. Our waitress was so helpful in recommending things to order and she noticed I’m pregnant, so was reminding me of which one is fully cooked and which one may have soft cheese that she would double check with the kitchen 🥹 they are also dog friendly and we were able to bring our pooch in - overall great experience and will come back for more bao buns and quesadillas!
Wow. Amazing experience, delicious food, perfect cocktails, with a thorough wine list. The fried corn and bao appetizers were a perfect start to the meal. Fried corn I'd never had before but it worked so well with the slightly spicy sauce. Best fries and mash I've ever had. The vegan steak is interesting and totally worth having if you're vegetarian/vegan. Husband had a NY strip which was 8/10 deliciousness; quality meat.
Dessert was a salted caramel French toast with whipped cream and a lime sorbet, not a usual combo, but the light citrus was a welcome departure from the heaviness of everything else.
A+ service overall from everyone. Luk was our server and such a gentleman and very attentive and made the night special for us! Thank you!
Great place for delicious food especially for brunch! Everything we ate was delicious, made from quality ingredients. Service and presentation quality is very high
Wonderful experience at Le Petit Beefbar. The quality of food is superb. From the aesthetics and way it is plated, through to taste. It is both visually pleasing and palatable. I do believe the quality of food is worth the money paid. The meals were a good portion and can leave you satisfied. All signature dishes are must-trys. The French toast is "mwah"*chef's kiss*..
I was visiting London from Australia and made a reservation here after watching a food blogger highly recommended this place. And it did not dissapoint.
The service was impeccable. The waiter had excellent knowledge of the menu and was able to recommend some great dishes and cocktail. Friendliness of all staff was another winning point.
The ambience of the restaurant was also spot on french. It was classy and elegant. I will definitely recommend a visit here.
Beautiful restaurant tucked away in the heart of Chelsea. Service was impeccable, every member of staff genuinely went out of their way to make sure our dining experience was memorable.
The food was delicious, our only gripe was the 'KFC' dish, which actually tasted like something from KFC, so much so that I was tempted to ask if they'd stamp my KFC loyalty app.
They have an extensive selection of halal dishes and the waiteess very kindly pointed out.
The desserts were out of this wolrd too, we chose both the Gelato and French toast - portions were huge, one would have been sufficient.
We'd definitely go back and I'd highly recommend.
Great drinks (although neither of the specials were available), very good wine selection and great food! Only downside is the chef forgot the truffle in the scrambled eggs so we ended up paying £21 for eggs on toast! The front-of-house service, however, was exceptionally good. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive and professional.
Despite a couple of mishaps I’d still recommend visiting and making up your own mind about the place. The bao buns and the tiny “quesadillas” are a must if you visit.
Overall I enjoyed my meal here and would come back again.
I tried the tempura corn starter and the vegan steak which was definitely worth the experience. There's still room for improvement, but the texture of the vegan meat was by far the most convincing that I've tried, and the sauce was very moreish.
The wine list here is very extensive. I had one of the less expensive bottles of Bordeaux (priced at £73) which was excellent wine, but we found that the atmosphere here is more suited to cocktails. The service and turnover of tables here is very fast; this isn't necessarily a bad thing but if you're spending £££ on a bottle of wine, I'd prefer to take my time over it, and have the waiter explain the tasting notes etc. So next time I'd go for a cocktail.
