What a lovely location.
The classy branding matches the style of the place.
The service by the owner is so warm, friendly and attentive.
Decor is really nice.
The tea is really nice. Not too sweet.
My friends for try the other beverages but weren't keen on the iced pink tea not the turmeric latte.
I would like to visit again and try the baklava and other teas on the menu.

I had a really great experience. I especially enjoyed the pink tea and baklava. The customer service was also excellent. Will definitely be looking to visit again in the near future.

Beautifully brewed Pink tea with a cosy seating area that feels like home! The gorgeous big cosy Arabic cushions make it super relaxing & made me not want to leave. I also tried the paratha with pistachio and it was gorgeous 💕

Excellent tea, one of the best chais I've ever had! Very authentic tea and the owner truly knows her stuff. Both my cousin and I had the classic masala Chai and loved it, definitely what we needed after a long day. Will visit again!

I can see why this is rated so highly! Service was outstanding. I am a big fan of supporting good customer service. The gentleman that served me was so lovely. Friendly and helpful and even offered me a sample to try as I couldn't decide. I went with the signature pink tea (vegan with oat milk). So good! Really nice. I was worried it may be sweet or sickly but this was perfect and comforting on a rainy day. There are a few sweets to have with your drink. Really nice cafe located in Mercato Mayfair. Highly recommend.

I was so happy to have managed to visit the Pink Tea Cafe on their opening day on 23rd Feb. I loved the unique tea 🍵 in a pleasantly welcoming atmosphere and beautifully decorated corner of the Mercato in Mayfair hall.
I look forward to my next visit to explore and enjoy the variety of authentic tea on offer.

What a lovely spot! We tried the Pink Kashmiri tea (perfection) and chocolate baklawa. The tea so warm and the baklawa was light and not too sweet. We also got lucky to meet the lovely owners, Must visit ! Highly recommend!

On a rainy and cold day I had a wonderful afternoon at the pop up Pink Tea Cafe on Portobello Road. In a warm and friendly atmosphere I tasted, for the first time, pink tea. Rich, fragrant, flavoursome and hits just the right spot. The baklava weren’t just exquisitely displayed but were also delicious, with a choice for vegans and diabetics. It’s the place to buy that special gift of beautifully boxed baklava.
Tabassum, your warm and friendly welcome, the qawwalli in the background and the conversations with you and other customers at the cafe made for a wonderful afternoon. I walked out into the rain with a smile on my face.
