Had a fabulous spot of lunch. The food was quite quick to arrive once ordered and all freshly made.
A great selection of options available, certainly something for everyone in terms of choice.
Plenty of nibbles from a hot counter to tease you on the way to the till to pay for your order.
As for a venue in the heart of St Pancras I was surprised to see such a nice blend of locals and those of us who are not native.
Plenty of seating available.
Only downside there are so dirty plates and trays that need to be cleared more quickly.

This is a pretty good fast food style Japanese noodle place. On our way to the airport to catch our flight, we popped by here for a quick lunch and it was pretty good. Prices are slightly on the high side for a fast food style joint, but it is quite good, quick and easy. You order from a screen at the start of the line and pick out any additional sides, drinks, snacks and dessert as you wish - then you get to the cashier to pay. You will get a receipt with your order number, sit and wait for it to be called and enjoy your meal! It really is that simple!
Update: Just visited again, and the staff members are really really nice! I ordered a tonkotsu ramen for my nephews and it came with some chilli oil - when I told them it was too spicy for the kids, they remade it without the chilli oil again. This was a real life-saver and needless to say, my nephews and I really enjoyed the food and our visit. Definitely coming back and eating here again!

You can order food at kiosk - take your tray- pick up sides - go to the billing counter and you will have your food ready to be billed.

Authentic Japanese station eatery with counter seats. Very nice udon, crispy tempura, and other things in the menu tastes just like what you'd find in a decent restaurant in Tokyo. Takeaway onigiri and inari are also good, offering much variety. In the picture is gyudon beef bowl, with extra brown egg, and laksa udon. Usually not the biggest fan of fusion but the laksa soup base goes well with their udon, and using chikuwa as one of the ingredients worked well.
I tried their newly launched tomato beef cold udon (they have vegetarian version) . It was very flavourful and perfect for the hot weather. Thanks to server Masa for recommending ! Definitely recommend to others and will be back for more !
I really enjoy food from here! Delicious with a good quantity of food and prices being relatively reasonable.
Recently I had one of the best bowls of tonkotsu pork udon! Lots of perfectly cooked pork in a heavenly well seasoned broth, it just made my day!
Udon has good al dente texture, which is very important - soul of the whole dish. However, this place is a bit pricey compared to Marugame. Paid £13 but not very full.
Couldn't fault the meal i had! - Panko Chicken Curry - Arrived within minutes. Service is quick, and food was hot! Not to mention how delicious it was.. highly recommended!
The food here was surprisingly decent. We got the udon and the laksa soup and they were both pretty flavourful. This was at a train station as well so I wasn't expecting much in terms of taste and quality of the food. Price is also decent for the portion.
Very nice walk in experience! In the heart of Kingscross station very accessible location, perfect for a quick lunch.
The quality of the noodles are premium, very fresh and well cooked. The appetisers were all fried.
