Porte Noire King's Cross - London - Photo album

Loved this place from start to finish. The menu, the food, the ambience, the large tables so you don't feel cramped, the service. All fantastic. The wine is a bit over priced (bottles start at £42 I think) but no other complaints. When the bill arrived we'd been over charged a couple of £ so I point
I have always loved this place because of the good wine, pretty interior and lovely ambience. Came back again tonight at 10pm and had a glass of wine with a friend and just to take in the atmosphere of this place. They do wine on tap as well, and are surprisingly really good! Lighting is perfect for
we recently got £150 in vouchers for porte noire, so went down for a friday night meal. the restaurant is in one of the old gas containers next to coal drops yard, the filled in containers look like something out of star wars (not a compliment), but once we found the entrance, the restaurant was lo
A hidden gem and probably the best restaurant in Coal Drops Yard. All dishes are unique and delicious, especially the chickpea chips! A big selection of wine and the staff are very happy to help you choose something to your taste.
One of our favourite wine bars & restaurants in London. Food was amazing and they have a good selection of wines. The service is brilliant from the moment you step in. The staff is so friendly and it makes the experience even more special. I would come here again for casual drinks as well as specia
Superb wine selection in a quiet location off Coal Drops Yard. The service is fantastic, attentive, friendly & charming. We had the olives & bread, which was a perfect accompaniment to the wine. We started with a glass of the house rosé & orange wine on tap, then shared a carafe of the Sangiovese,
Excellent spot to try amazing wines, sit outdoors, have a chat with the friendly staff and stay for hours. We actually came twice on the same day and each time was outstanding; friendly service, excellent wine recommendations, comfortable seating, chill atmosphere and good prices. Happy to come back
Exceptional place everything was perfect couldn’t have had a nicer time. Can be tricky to find as the Google maps address takes you somewhere else so look for the Gasholder building and Bagley walk, follow that path to get there! You won’t regret visiting.
Dishes designed for sharing are not going to stop me from trying :P Next time l’ll bring friends who can appreciate wine. (How can people come here only for a gelassen of wine each?! Food is good here.) Thanks for accommodating my early arrival for dinner in the chilly rainy windy afternoon! Chest
Excellent!!!!!!!! I came here with some girlfriends visiting from the states and we ordered everything! I didn’t have time to take pictures before I ate but everything was delicious! Truffle and Mushroom balls were heavenly. Cauliflower and chickpea fries were delicious! Burrata special was so yum.
