I love this place! Been there twice and already the owner recognises me, is always up for a chat, and that's on top of them serving the best value food out there in hackney. What a gem! They have a garden too, which is no frills but really chill. Obrigado!

Wow, what incredible value for money. I’ve never been served such generous portions in any other eatery in London. The pork belly sandwich was fantastic - that crispy oily skin and juicy tender flesh *chef’s kiss*. The ribs in the Korean-style pork (in the Brunch section) were even better! Enjoyed the focaccia and the ciabatta - note the sourdough slices are noticeably smaller/thinner. Also had pretty good iced latte flavoured with pumpkin pecan syrup. Kudos to the team for running such a hearty, generous and fulfilling joint in this increasingly expensive city :)

super tasty food !! really hearty and lovely flavours. chef was absolutely amazing and super friendly. pork patty was unfortunately a little dry and tables weren’t cleared after people had left. best side salad i’ve ever eaten. absolutely HUGE portions, never been so full in my life !! coming back for the sausage sandwich !!

So i’ve been coming here for a little while to get a coffee and always enjoyed the atmosphere and quality of their coffees. But today decided to finally try their food and was genuinely some of the best brunch i’ve had. The korean style pork was full of flavour and was accompanied by an equally tasty and super fresh salad. Such good quality and value for money as the portions sizes were enough for 2! I highly recommend if you’re looking for some good food and a friendly and warm environment. Marcel (the chef) and the rest of the staff are such fantastic hosts, can’t wait to go there again! :)

Jam Cafe is an exceptional 5-star eatery that leaves taste buds dancing with joy! The sandwiches here are truly out of this world, with thick and delicious bread that adds a delightful texture. The atmosphere is fantastic, and the incredible chef works magic in the kitchen. If you're a food enthusiast, this place is an absolute must-visit!

Absolutely amazing place, far far more than just a cafe. The chef used to work at Bocca Di Lupa and he's making his own foccacia and ciabatta in the kitchen in front of you. The pork belly is cooked for five hours and is DELICIOUS - amazing for brunch (portions are HUGE so definitely come very hungry). The menu is really inventive (baked eggs were gorgeous). Overall it's a really interesting and exceptional place - well worth a special trip. Welcomes babies too - we'll be back!

The 5 ⭐️ reviews ain’t lying: sarnies are insane. One is absolutely big enough for two people but, on the flip side, the food is so good you’ll be thankful for your leftovers. Thank you, Marcelo! 🙏🏼

A brilliant café with fresh, original food and generous portions. Prices are great, they make their own focaccia and ciabatta daily and are really friendly. My favourite go-to spot in the area.

Jam Cafe N16 is the place to go! The food was amazing, and very generous portion sizes. The staff are very friendly, Mike makes you feel very at home there even if you are not a regular. The interior is also very cool with art from local artists. I’ll be back very soon :)
