Love Coffee

Nice coffee shop, used for an hour while waiting for the mid-morning train. Plenty of inside and concourse seating. Pleasant staff ready to help you get your coffee fix. I would urge the owners to get proper food signs and not use hand-written ones or use a letter stencil. Ignore the bad reviews, grumpy people being grumpy.

I visited today and was really pleasantly surprised. The coffee was excellent and the croissant was wonderful - so rare in the UK. Not only that, the chap filled my water bottle and delivered my yummy coffee in a proper cup to my table - unheard of! Compliments to all the staff. Will definitely go again if I'm in the area.

It's only 6am and i just received the sweetest customer service. the young woman behind the counter was so kind with a smile on her face and made conversation whilst making my drink. i ordered a plain croissant and a caramel latte to have in and it was delicious. while she was serving other customers her smile never left

I like the location the coffee shop and has a really interesting name to it. Has a lot of character when you first enter and has a simple layout. There some some comfy sofas to use as you wait. I ordered a coffee and it was not the best. Taste was there but it was lukewarm, £3.35 for a medium is not bad considering location.

The vibe of this place is great, comfy sofas overlooking the railway line and great views of the surrounding area are definitely a perk. I had a cup of tea and a toffee muffin here, which were delicious. There is a great selection of light lunches, baked goods, patisserie, hot and cold drinks. However some of the food and drinks here are very overpriced and the customer service here was not great. I know this is a chain food outlet, but I would've expected more. There was also no offer to carry my order over to the table which, while not essential for me, may be needed for someone with a disability.
