This place is 4.9/5 and I can clearly see why. The staff greet you and are very friendly when you enter the store. I love the selection of eggless cakes and they taste really good in my opinion. I just found out about their cheese cakes and I am so happy! It’s super delicious and you can take little slices of it if you don’t want to eat the entire thing! I honestly love this store!!

We ordered our wedding cake here last month. The staff had been very helpful, and the cake is delicious and beautiful. I had to go to the store itself to order the cake as it cannot be done online. They delivered the cake to the hotel on time as well at a small price. They asked for a holding payment for the cake stand, which they returned immediately once we have returned the stand.

I’ve tried a few of their products including the larger celebration cakes, cupcakes and cheesecakes. All were amazing - their Victoria sponges in particular are perfection. The customer service is always spot on: staff are friendly, smiley and patient as I spend aeons choosing from the great range. Highly recommend.

45 minutes before they closed, I called them with a crazy request: to save a wedding day as the expensive wedding cake of the bride and groom had melted and collapsed under the heat wave! In 30 minutes, they drove over a cake for 180 people, completely saving the day! Thank you so much to the most wonderful team.

Me and my friends visit cake box quite often for our birthday cakes. We’ve noticed that every store has the same high quality cakes. We always know when we go here we will get the very best!
