Wagamama Marble Arch

A bright, airy, spacious restaurant, serving delicious food. We were well looked after by Danny and a lovely lady (can't remember her name!) who were friendly, knowledgeable and had a fun sense of humour. The only (minor) problem was one of our desserts was forgotten about and we had to wait a while to catch the attention of staff to tell them. The problem was very quickly rectified. An aside note - very impressed with the gender neutral toilets which were plush and sparkling clean. Would definitely return and recommend.

Visited the new Wagamama spot and absolutely loving its clean and vibrant atmosphere. It’s definitely becoming my go-to place whenever I’m around Oxford Street. The food was amazing and what stood out the most was the incredibly friendly staff, especially a lovely lady named Deval. She warmly welcomed us and ensured we had everything we needed. From start to finish, she truly made our night special and I want to express my gratitude 🫶🏽✨ definitely looking forward to coming back

Andrei my waiter was absolutely incredible ! He advised me on what food I should get based on my preferences and provided the best service ever by being kind and knowledgeable about the menu. The atmosphere was quiet and the music was soothing especially for a food environment. I’d advise everyone to come here just for Andrei’s service :) He was sweet and kind and funny which is what you need in a food establishment. He made sure my experience was perfect.

I came in tonight and they were short staff but Deval and Marcelo and the other gentleman did not show it! They were so kind and gracious! I order a starter but they ran out so they offered another suggestion the prawns and they were delicious! I got the chicken Raman which was perfect for a cold drizzly day! I would definitely come back..and thank you to the staff and cooks for all your hard work!

The location is perfect, both for locals as well as tourists given it is right by Marble Arch but still away from the crazy hustle bustle. The venue is very large so hopefully handle large crowds at peak times. We went for a real early dinner so it was empty. The staff were friendly and warm but could've been a little more attentive. We had to be on the look out through out our time there to get their attention to cater to what we wanted. The meal itself was good and kept to the wagamama standards. The only issue we had was that the salmon was a bit undercooked and had to be sent back and because we didn't get their attention for a long time I literally had finished my noodles by the time the salmon came back and ended up not eating it... a bit if a waster really. Our daughter really enjoyed her meal and she is a VERY fussy eater and wants to go back so I guess we will be back.
