I have to say that customer service is top at this canning town branch. Very friendly and understanding staff. To top it all off the birthday cake was absolutely delicious and well presented. The price was good too along with speedy order to collect. Thank you

I popped into buy a cake today and the staff member was very friendly and went out of her way to Accommodate my request on such short notice.

I have ordered from here multiple times due to my nephew being allergic to egg and their cakes never disappoints. They always make sure that their cake is good quality and is always ready whenever I do click and collect. Would be sticking to this shop for a long time

I bought a last minute cake for my friend’s birthday, I was so impressed with the customer service and guidance from the cake box staff Sadia, she made it so easy. My friend was so happy, and everyone at the party couldn’t put the cake down! There was nothing left. I’m looking forward to going again for when I need more cake!!

Presentation is everything in this shop. The cakes are well designed & Presentation was key, the cake didn't just look amazing they taste delicious & fresh too.
Our favourite is the oreo slice we love the chocolate sponge, I always recommend to my family & friends.
Staff are always welcome polite & helpful.

Bought a fresh cream cake and a cheesecake. Really loved the beautiful design and gorgeous cake. Staff were really helpful and was nice to see retail staff with a smile on their face. Well excited to try more!
