Decent deli sandwiches with a good variety, but some sandwiches needs more ingredients and the bread should be fresher

Always very impressed with their pastries! A lot of poor reviews around customer service but I've only ever had a takeaway from here and I do recommend.

Coffee shop with freshly baked items and sandwiches conveniently located at Baker Street, have good seating options also available. Personally not a huge fan of their coffee, but it is a good option to get some fresh snacks or breakfast while on the go. They also have a loyalty app in case you are a regular here.

I tried three different Gail's sweets so far in different places. I made a conclusion that their bakeries are not that great. But I like that they have wifi, bathroom, good seats, and great pot for the tea.

Excellent fresh pastries, paired with great coffee. Prices are not on the cheap side but it's altogether worth it.

Went here for a coffee break after my gf's (hopefully the last) dental appointment. We ordered two long blacks (iced and hot). We also got a pecan cake and parmesan chicken burger. Both were okay. The pecan and salted caramel combined pretty well with the banana cake underneath, although the cake was a little bit dry. Same for the chicken burger. The chicken burger was seasoned well, but just the chicken was a bit dry.

Strawberry 🍓 and Ricotta cake delicious, a must try if you fortunate enough to get one as they sell out fast! Great store and atmosphere. Excellent customer service. Sorry was far too tasty and therefore couldn't share an image.... ( Soft cake, full of flavour and texture)

We purchased a Blueberry & Custard Brioche, as well as a Plain Scone with clotted cream and jam. Sadly, we could tell that neither was freshly baked that day, but their flavor was still delicious (especially the scone). We will give the Soho branch a go instead next time and fingers crossed we get our hands on some freshly baked ones!
