Unbelievable customer service at Greggs upstairs at St Pancras and Francis whom has been there for years is simply wonderful, she knows my order now and also is super friendly, don't ever lose her, she's a keeper also have to mention David who is also very friendly. All the staff are legends, treat them as you wish to be treated and there are no issues

Ordered a breakfast bap at 10.59am (the breakfast deal ends at 11am) and they put 7 sausages in my bun! Don't think I'll need to eat another in my life

I was travelling back home yesterday and my last train was from St Pancras.
I stopped into Greggs inside St Pancras before catching it and my order came to £10.25 and I only had two 5 pound notes on me. I asked to put one thing back as I didn’t have enough and the very nice gentleman serving me at the time around about 7.30pm got his own wallet out to pay the little extra I was missing. I had my two vegan festive bake, although I didn't understand why I had to pay more than the usual price.
I was lucky, I managed to get the last two. Extremely cold. Even though it was almost 1pm and the bakery shelves were almost empty. They should bake more at that lunchtime.

What’s happened to Greggs! It’s a whole new fantastic experience. Munched my way through a ham and cheese baguette (no mayo yay) but the simplest of things I put it down on counter “no bag thanks” and the other chap pops a couple of serviettes on top. Just the simplest of things can make sure a big customer impact. Go greggs

The Gingerbread Man was nice. Service was slow. One serving and other cleaning behind the counter. The one cleaning should have helped and then gone back to it. Long line. Some seating area but dirty. They can clean the outside too and not just counter area. Cheap and cheerful.
