Greggs Shepherd's Bush Underground Station, recently opened in May 2023. Excellent location within the underground station, making it very convenient to pick your favourite on the go. It can get busy during peak times but the staff are very helpful and efficient.

Just witnessed a staff member get racially abused by some mug who left his bike in front of the food shelf and then another guy steal food and the staff did nothing. Welcome to Shepherds Bush…….It must be a great working environment!

Greggs hot beverages have improved a lot. The hot chocolate was amazing. The store was brightly lit and everything was well stocked. Staff were attentive and helpful.

Food is fresh. paring is an issue. I blame Hammersmith & Fulham town hall for this. They can do so mush for local business if they was to improv parking control times.

I visited the bakery in Purley I ordered sandwiches and drinks and had the bread and butter pudding because I hadn't eaten this for ages they used to be around the corner now they are in a new place handy for the buses and other shops The staff very friendly and will visit there again

The food, appearance location everything is perfect. The price is overall affordable w.r.t to quality and quantity. Just one thing I don't like is sometimes they provide cold food even though we asked for hot one.

Excellent service and the staff are amazing. One young lad I think his name was Abdur offered me hot bakes from the oven! Only disappointing thing was that there was a young girl who was screaming and shouting and as a customer I felt disgusted by her attitude. I also felt sorry for the workers that she also worked here and I think her name was Shakara? She needs serious help but other than that, food was hot and customer service 10/10!!
