I love this Pret! Service is always great and all the staff are so friendly. It is also exceptionally clean. It is our morning ritual to come to this Pret and we are always greeted with a smile.

I’ve experienced prets all across London and this is the most welcoming plus the friendliest branch I’ve ever been to. I’ve now become a regular customer and I can see the staff here communicate with each other well which makes the atmosphere of this branch even better. The lighting is also not too light nor too bright which really helps feel relaxed.

Just like any other Pret, but this one it’s quite new and has a pleasant atmosphere.
So The shop got bad reviews only because of the lack of Wi-Fi?!
Come on people it’s a coffee shop means selling food and drinks, not Wi-Fi
There is EE shop just across the road if desperate for internet
