I was at greggs this morning, I wanted to buy only 1 steak bake and go mind my business, the guy who served me made me change my mind to buy 2 and even bought a drink. the guy which I don’t know his name gave me a friendly customer service, very professional. And also with his smile which. Why don’t you provide your staff with name badges it’s just common Sense Greggs.

i always order from here and every time i make a mistake and need some changing, i always give them a call and Jenny(i think) picked up on both occasions and is a lovely woman. soo kind and polite. really appreciate the amazing customer service!

There are 2 staff in particular who I see when I visit Greggs who always have a smile on their faces. Food is hot majority of the time which is good. Because no one really wants to be eating cold food.
Definitely my go to place on my break.

Reserved a Too good to go bag this evening. Was greeted by two lovely ladies (Jenny & Holly). Very welcoming & had a nice chat with them. Was provided with loads of lovely goodies yum yum’s donuts, sausage rolls, sandwiches, pasta. Will definitely go back to visit them again. Thanks again ladies :)

Just had a breakfast roll and coffee at the Greggs on 159 Streatham High road. As I’ve sat, completing a crossword puzzle, I’ve listened to the customers and staff talking to each other. I can’t believe how friendly , caring and cheerful everyone was. The staff went out of their way to make people feel welcomed and looked after, and the customers clearly appreciated it! I did, too. It was so lovely to spend some of my morning in such a friendly place. It’s renewed my faith in humankind! Thank you, Greggs - your staff are a great credit to you!
