Our first ever visit was on a Friday evening and the atmosphere was way too corporate for my liking. Understandable given its location though. Scotch eggs and sausage rolls were top tier, the london dip sandwich was tasty but served with a overpowering gravy. The pie was below expectations - crust was overcooked/dry and the filling was okay. Great mash and gravy though. Overall 3.8/5

One of the best pubs in London in my view - Its a really high quality and well ran place, but without being too far and being a restaurant. Great if you're visiting London, there is people from all over the world i've met in there. Its also one of the very few nice places in Mayfair that is Dog Friendly. The beer quality and range is excellent, but the food and bar snacks is one of the best i've ever had. You can't book which makes it even better, and you might even meet a celebrity or two in there!

Delicious food, the best rarebit I’ve had to date. Great atmosphere with a live pianist. Traditional feel to it. Definitely recommend coming here.

Visited just before it got busy (probably) about 4pm on a friday. Nice an chilled. Barman really friendly and offered little taster for me to decide on a fairly easy to drink pint of pale ale.

Had a lovely time at The Audley Public House in beautiful Mayfair. The staff over there is very nice and looks after their customers well. The ambience of the pub is quite unique and I loved the wooden layout of the whole pub. They have varied variety of beers on tap and other spirits too. I had a pint of guiness which was fresh. For side, I had chips which was indeed very nicely done. Surely this pub will be my usual now as I just loved it!

🚇 Bond Street 🍺 £7.00 Pagoda Pilsner ❤️ Maybe the most beautiful pub in London. . The Audley is located on the corner of Mayfair’s South Audley Street and Mount Street. The nearest tube is Bond Street which is a pleasant ten minute amble away. . This magnificent boozer was built in 1889 by Thomas Verity, Verity also built the pavilion at Lords cricket ground. The original pub on this site was The Bricklayers Arms which was built in 1730. . The decor here is simply stunning. The dark wood interiors, solid mahogany bar, brown leather booths and traditional patterned carpet nod to the building’s history, plus restored features are dotted throughout the room, from the 19th century carving knife used when the pub first opened is framed on the wall and the original fireplace to the 19th-century ceiling clock. Then there is the glorious ceiling which was specially commissioned work by British artist Phyllida Barlow. Every detail of this interior is beautiful and considered. . I ordered a pint of Pagoda Pilsner which hails from @sambrooksbrew in Wandsworth. Another new brew for me and a thoroughly enjoyable pint but it did cost £7. The food here is elevated bar snacks and British pub classics. As I was caught up in the moment I decided to try the 1/2 Pint of Prawns, the prawns were so fresh and delicious and I could have managed a pint of them. They did cost £12 so I decided to stick. . I visited on a sunny Saturday afternoon back in October and the pub was absolutely packed. The pub had not long reopened after a lengthy refurb, there were plenty of locals and tourists keen to see the new look and try out the fayre. I was lucky enough to find a seat, to left of me was a Russian couple enjoying Fish and chips, to my right was a large group of Americans enjoying an afternoon drink. The benches outside were also busy, there was a friendly doorman ensuring everyone was ok, he is the smartest London doorman I’ve ever seen. . Visiting the @audleypublichouse was a fantastic experience, everything about this pub just oozes class. The price point is high, but go on treat yourself, you’ll love it here. . ℹ️ Info correct on visiting 08/10/22

Recently visited by King Charles III this extraordinary pub reunites tradition in all senses – the attendees, genuinely British pub food, wonderful architecture and located in one of the most noble areas in London. Prices are obviously quite higher than the average of other Pub and reservations strongly recommended.

Updated Aug 2023 - Was closed for a short while but still my favorite vision of a classic British pub. Huge variety of beer, friendly staff, good bar food, and reasonable prices (for London). Classic ‘free house ‘ pub in Mayfair. Try the fish and chips.

Buzzing Mayfair public house. Chic, wealthy clientele but not too snooty. Tasty British pub grub such as sausage rolls and scotch eggs served with good ales and largers.

Decent pub in Mayfair/Bond St area. Bit pricey... but a good selection of beers and ales on tap (incl Neck oil). Standing area outside. Lively on Thursday nights and Friday nights.
