The Bacchanalia restaurant experience is truly exceptional. From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The elegant and modern decor sets the stage for a memorable dining experience.
One of the highlights for us was the impeccable service. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist, They make us feel like a valued guest and ensure that our dining experience is nothing short of extraordinary.
The food was simply outstanding. The menu features a combination of classic and innovative and is beautifully presented and bursting with flavour
The experience is a true delight for the senses and value for money.
It was an amazing experience, and the staff was incredibly lovely. Particularly, Faiz from Bangladesh truly excelled in his services; he was exceptionally accommodating and helpful throughout our ordering process. The food was excellent! We will definitely go again.
We traveled to London from Australia and by chance, we found Bacchanalia on Google while searching for a dining place with nice decor. We decided to give it a go and really this restaurant ticks all the box! The interior is amazing, definitely worth the visit. Food were nice, I especially enjoyed the fish dish. And of course, the Medusa desert is super yummy. Please never take it off menu. I'll definitely come back for it next time we are going back to London. Service was fast and the waiters were nice and friendly. We totally enjoy the lunch and would definitely recommend to our family and friends.

Not sure why the rating is so low! The staff & service were extremely attentive and friendly, the interior is gorgeous, and our drinks were fabulous!
I can’t comment on the food, as we only had cocktails, and they were all really nice- albeit pricey! However, it’s made up for with the atmosphere and attention
Beautiful interior, fantastic service and staff, just the food is a little average. Had the grilled chicken which turned out to be too dry, pasta dishes are OK. Tiramisu was amazing. Thumbs up to the guy at reception, he made our day.
This place is absolutely worth seeing at least once. The interior and the atmosphere is a 10/10. I was seated on the second floor, which isn’t as desirable, but still nice.
We went on a Saturday evening and there was a guy doing a live opera performance twice during the dinner.
The food was pretty good across the board. We got the large crab risotto and it was delicious but it’s actually quite large. We had four people and had a hard time finishing it since we ordered a number of other things.
Keftedes was probably the other most memorable item.
Service was great, our waiter was very attentive the entire night. The food was okay - we ordered an array of different dishes (mains, starters and desserts) and none of them were bad but they weren’t outstanding either. Best dish was the truffle pasta we got to share (serves 3/4 people). The interior and atmosphere is stunning - a shame that the music is so loud it ruins the ambience as I couldn’t hear my friend who was sat right next to me.
We came here for the decor, my little one enjoyed the settings.
Actually the food is better than I expected as we read about bad reviews about food.
Grilled chicken, tiramisu and gelato are good.
The receptionists were very friendly and welcoming, but what a contrast that the waiters and servers were quite rude, inattentive.
Everything we ordered was delicious, the service was amazing as well. Great interior and the vibes. There’s a live music started at 7 pm. A bit pricey but totally worth it!
Cannot comment on the food, as we only had cocktails. They were ok, nothing amazing. But great decor and lively music, great for a Saturday night out. Staff were very polite.
