German Doner Kebab - London - Gallions Reach

I recently dined at German Donner Kebab in Beckton and had a satisfying experience overall. The food was filling, although it arrived a bit cold. The customer service was outstanding; the staff were friendly and helpful. However, I noticed that the tables could have been better looked after and cleaned. Despite this, the pleasant service and tasty food make it worth a visit. I would give it four stars.

The service staff went above and beyond to make my dining experience enjoyable, offering recommendations and ensuring my needs were met. Shout out to Shehroz!

This place is generally quite nice. I came with my family and we all enjoyed it. The atmosphere and decorations work. The place was basically spotless. I had the the quesadilla with flaming fries, and both tasted great, very rich flavors, and I liked how the meat was cut. The sauce in the quesadilla was especially delicious. The service was very fast, and our server Adi was especially polite. Would definitely come again!

We thoroughly enjoyed the food and the service. One staff member, Saroosh, came to our table and asked if everything was okay - which is not something you typically find in fast food restaurants. It's great to see their strong focus on customer experience. I would definitely go back. Their pricing strategy is similar to that of a no-frills airline, allowing you to customize your dining experience/meal according to your preferences and get what you pay for.
