This place is great! The ambience is very welcoming and chilled.
I had to order so many dishes as every sushi and sashimi, tenpura and gyoza etc I've ordered was so fresh, delicious and authentic ! Hightly recommend.

Excellent dining experience as always. Pleasantly surprised that the plant based ramen was equally as flavourful and rich as the pork one!! Definitely will have it again :) the desserts are all exceptional too, and the manager was kind enough to give my friends a little surprise for their celebration, for which I am very grateful!

It was a bit difficult to find once you were 2 minutes away but it was definitely worth persevering for 🙂 the food was exquisite...I dream of going back to eat the same things again but there is so much more of the menu to try. I intend to work my way through it all as my service to humanity once I've recovered from the bill.

Visited for a solo lunch and was not disappointed. The soft shell crab appetiser was superb (the slaw it comes with is heavenly!) I went for the Edomae chef selection and the quality of the fish was great. Definitely recommended.

Definitely worth coming back. Came alone around 6pm Friday. Made a reservation online just to be safe. Ordered omakase deluxe edomae sushi which was really good and would get it again. Green tea matcha tiramisu was also great and worth trying if you like green tea matcha. Next time I should try the Friday/Saturday night special called shiro nights which looks to be a set menu which I would like to try in the future.

Lovely experience dining here. This place has a super nice ambience and is very clean when we visited. Service staff were really lovely. We tried the seafood and pork ramens, as well as some matcha dessert.
The pork ramen was amazing and was so rich in flavour. The pork slices were huge as well! The seafood ramen was a little underwhelming, though the ingredients were very fresh. The desserts were super tasty.
The price is quite steep though. The 3 scoops of ice cream cost £9! The ramen would cost £23/£24 if not for a 1 for 1 promotion we had.

We went for the weekend brunch option including the sake and champagne as it was a special occasion. We brought our 9-month-old and 4-year-old and were worried how they would be received by the staff… we didn't need to. The staff were kind, and understanding and went over and beyond to make sure our expereince was memorable.
The food was of the highest standard and the sake was exceptional. We were delighted and would fully recommend this experience.
We may just have to make this an annual occurrence!

This is honestly one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to — it will stay in my memory forever! The signature Crystal Sushi is an absolute MUST, my boyfriend and I raved to all of our friends about it straight afterwards. Our waitress Maria was superb, so sweet, and completed the experience for us. I will always recommend Shiro for those looking for a one-of-a-kind culinary experience in London.

Pleasant lunch dining experience. Food was high quality, definitely reflected in the price and sizing of the portions. Staff were attentive and friendly. Unfortunately there was an issue with their gas system when we dined so we weren't able to try any grilled dishes. For starters we had the soft-shell crab tempura, rock shrimp tempura, a selection of sushi & sashimi and edamame, followed by Chirashi and chicken katsu curry for mains. The starters were great, the mains were nice too but I think next time I'd just stick with the normal sushi/sashimi selection instead of the Chirashi, it was quite expensive for very little fish. Overall a nice dining experience for a business lunch.
