Very nice starbucks, i often frequent. They were a little stingy with the oreo flakes on top of my cookies and cream Frappuccino, so i requested for more. You can’t get away with that when you are serving me. Photos show the before and after of oreo flakes.

Had a very poor experience today and will be escalating this up to corporate. Manager Zoe is a poor representation of all Starbucks and should be removed from her managerial role effective immediately. She goes against Starbucks, mission statement and what they stand for. Lacks people skills.
