Reviewed in 2019 Café is superb good value and very tasty cooked to order food (open to all members of the public not just bikers). Staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They have an exceptional range of bikes and clothes plus bike accessories.
3 years later unfortunately the cafe is closed but they do have a superb free coffee machine. Staff are still friendly etc as before. If anything their bike range is even larger. Highly recommended.
BUY A BIKE!!! Especially off these guys, talk about easy. It was a great experience to be honest not a problem at all, all the bikes on show were sparkling under the showroom lights and there was plenty of them. I was very impressed with how the set up was as a main dealer for triumph, clear and consise pricing and all the people were proud of there stock. I was treated as a human and not somebody that they were trying a hard sell on. If your in to triumph or any travel on 2 wheels then this is the place to go. They are big enough to cope and small enough to care. I now know where I can drop in for a coffee and talk about anything on 2 wheels. Recently did 12,000 mile major service on my Tiger 800XRT. An excellent all round experience. The use of a T120 loan bike was really useful as it took a full day to service. Staff very friendly too.
Unbeatable service. Really, really like this place. Take my bike in for service and they go out their way to help. Always make you feel welcome and always a good atmosphere.
1st time visit today very impressed a lovely presented shop , went to the workshop counter for some advice on my own Triumph, not bought from Pidcocks but the guys were very friendly and helpful definitely recommend a visit 👍👍
Lovely bunch on the service desk, very personable & friendly. Whenever I couldn't get through in the phone, the sales team always passed on the message & called me back as soon as they could. 10/10
Booked my Tiger 800 in for loose steering head for 12th June. They said to pop round and the mechanic will check that's the issue. Went today mechanic said I can fix that now, be about half an hour. Helped ourselves to a fantasticly tasting coffee whilst we waited. Lovely clean showroom and bikes, staff were excellent in every way. My key's were handed back when the job had been done. Service department said F.O.C. Bike rides as it should too. I hadn't bought the bike from them either. Will be back for all my spare and service needs too.
Husband was very happy with the service he received. The staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. Coffee was good too.

Just bought a used bike from Pidcocks and it was a very positive experience from start to finish. I had reservations about buying from a dealer after very negative experiences in the past - but I'm please to say that Pidocks shows how it should be done ! Richard (the salesman) was friendly - no pressure - good communication. The bike was immaculate on collection. Very happy with my purchase.
