Usually get a very good take away brekki but after being holed up at home for 5 weeks after an op, hubby treated me to a sit down brekki.., both agreed that service was excellent and food even better . Makes a very nice change to get very hot coffee and very hot quality produce- highly recommend this cafe - great job Linda and staff ..., thank you �

Love this place....we eat here at least once a week. Linda, Betty and the staff are always friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The food is always delish and is good value. Have since taken other friends to try the Orchid out and they've agreed it's a lovely little place too.

This is a great local cafe that serves up very good food, superb breakfasts and the steak pies are the best in the area. The owner always makes you feel welcome. I would highly recommend it.

The owner has been off sick for a while so we tried other local cafes for there full English offerings. Just had an Orchid breakfast... Best breakfast locally hands down. Great friendly service!
