Great spaced out restaurant with very nice decor. Had a booth and it was very spacious for a group of 4. The food was absolutely delicious and the whole experience was very nice. Staff were helpful and polite. I would visit this restaurant again and I would recommend it for families and groups from local neighborhood.

I haven't visited Café Rouge in many years. It was a good restaurant back then, quite a vibrant upbeat place to be. As time passes, most restaurants become tired and the food dull or badly cooked, the staff uninspired to be there and I'm happy to say this wasn't the case for Café Rouge for our visit today. Firstly, the premises were clean and well kept. You couldn't see any dust settled on the bottle display, which is a good sign. We ordered salmon with seasonal greens and Anna potatoes which came with a little pot of hot hollandaise sauce. I must say, this was cooked to perfection. I've eaten at the Dorchester and haven't had a meal which tasted as good as this. Lastly, the waitress we had was outstanding. She coped brilliantly with a huge amount of customers and still managed to come back and ask how our meal was. If someone could run the country as well as the service she gave to customers, we would soon be a great empire again. I didn't catch her name, I think she's Scottish. She's great and the reason we will be going back again. Absolutely fantastic experience, well done all.

Perhaps a little on the pricey side, but very good food and wine, quick and helpful service and accommodating for us with the baby, moving us away from a draught and a couple of food requests. Can't fault them really based on this experience!

The staff were so accomodating to me and my friend with our four children under three! Made sure the kids had their colouring and we had what we needed. The food was lovely and came in good time. I'd highly recommend it for a family friendly dinner and would recommend it for a casual dinner out for child-free people too.

Excellent food and really lovely staff. Highly recommend the cherry tatin. Monday evening, so not too busy which certainly helps - pick the quiet times if you can. Reasonable selection for gluten-free and other allergen-free diets, and vegetarian and vegan options.

Good place for a late breakfast. My wife and i visit this branch every few months to have our fill of full English breakfast and eggs Benedict with salmon. The food is of excellent quality, well presented and served with a smile.

The place serves well cooked and tasty food. The atmosphere and the decoration are all full of French motifs and the garden is an amazing place to eat on a nice sunny day. The staff is helpful and the food did not take long to come out. I recommend going with someone and both ordering a set menu so you can try different starters, main courses and desserts. Good experience!

Since the menu was changed (again), the food has gotten better. The service is decent and there are a few nice drops of the old Belgium cloudy beer. Lovely venue with live music on the odd occasion.
