The service is excellent and the coffee is very good, but every time I come here, the outdoor awning is up, and it gets quite bright inside the café. This causes a bit of discomfort when we just want a place with less light to relax. On rainy days, the awning has also been up, which leaves the outdoor chairs all wet.
I order ahead on the app on my way to work and the lovely staff usually have it ready and waiting to collect. Very speedy service indeed and always with a smile!
I ordered 2 caramel Frappuccino’s and with coffee for me and my boyfriend. I even said with coffee even though the staff member never asked. I was then given strawberry Frappuccino’s and no coffee. My boyfriend is allergic to strawberry …

Like the airy and lighting space ..staff efficient. Notice the change of staff recently.. Still a good service as always.
Barista was lovely and gave us the most scrumdiddlyumptipus food of my whole life, even better eoth sugar hesr my heartbeat like the sound of the drums this was amazing oh my god im so sorry
I’ve been coming to this costa since it first opened, every day, so seen staff come and go… but at this time we have Andrea ( so funny yet professional, solamina always smiling and happy(makes the best drink) Tristan bless him love him… …
