I absolutely love this tearoom! I was amazed I hadn't seen it before now....it serves the best flat white coffee in town! Now we've discovered it, we will try the meals, the menu looks great, all day breakfast is always a winner, delicious looking cakes, lovely kiddies meals...very attentive staff, the owner is absolutely delightful...the cafe is spotless, nice and trendy decorated, in fact, I'm not saying any more, because everyone will be going , and I won't get in! A little gem! Just what Louth needs...well done! : )

I was so impressed with the service my family and I received here. We booked for a group of 6 adults, 2 children and one child in a high chair for a birthday. We had our own room upstairs with the table decorated for no extra cost. Debbie contacted me at the time of booking to arrange which sandwich fillings we wanted and phoned me the day before to confirm everything. On the day, all the staff were helpful and attentive, the nibbles, sandwiches, savoury items, scones and cakes were all excellent and I was really grateful to them for providing a small sandwich and a bag of raisins for my little girl. The birthday cake, singing and birthday card all made my mother-in-law feel extra special. There was also a box of toys available which the children really enjoyed once they’d had their food and didn’t want to sit at the table any more! I would definitely recommend here to anyone and will certainly returning, hopefully very soon

Lovely tea room for a light bite or a spot of lunch. Tasty BLT much enjoyed and the poached eggs with salmon very nice too. Also enjoyed some frothy coffee and a pot of tea together with a sumptuous slice of chocolate cake too. Lovely staff, very helpful and polite.

We called in for lunch on Friday lunchtime, and it was very busy, but we had 1 and a half hours so we thought that would be fine. They have an exceptional wide menu, and a great choice for vegetarians. However the wait for our order to be taken and for our food was far too long and we ended up having to rush to eat it.

On a flying visit to Louth we looked for somewhere to have a bite to eat and discovered this 'Absolute Gem' - Being a very tall and large chap, I appreciate good food and good portions.... I certainly got that here. We ordered soup and sandwiches. WELL - It was a massive bowl of 'Home Made' soup which tasted wonderful. The sandwiches came with a variety of breads to choosefrom. I chose granary and the wife had wholemeal. I was shocked when they arrived...True Doorsteps. 😋 The bread was a lovely Thick Cut and the filling was 'Amazing'. I had cheese, coleslaw & Red Onion Relish. No word of a lie, the filling was about 4cm thick & tasted really scrumptious. With it we had 2 pots of tea (they were Big pots that gave 3 cups each and tasted lovely. The tea room itself was clean, airy & traditionally decorated. The staff were lovely too, very helpful and chatty. All in all, it was one of the Very Best Tea Rooms we have ever visited, with SUPERB Food, friendly staff and best of all, Substantial and Really Tasty food at an exceptionally good price. We WILL definitely be visiting this Wonderful establishment again. THANK YOU 🥰.

Usually pop in when we visit Lough. Their special of soup (potato and leak) with a cheese scone is delicious. Recommended to us by a friend and I'd gladly recommend to others though, I'd rather it didn't get too popular in case I can't get a table!

Had a couple of cups of coffee around 11am. Coffee was pleasant. Staff were friendly. Food looked good although we didn't eat here on this visit.

Stumbled on this place on rainy day last year. Absolute gem, reminds me of what tea shops used to be. The food is excellent, with home made soup and cakes. The portions are generous for the price. Dogs are welcome too, with a water bowl handily placed.
