We came from Chicago to visit Lowestoft and stopped at this restaurant one night. The staff were so kind and served us extra desserts and treats throughout the meal which were great to try. The food was delicious and flavorful, and it tasted very fresh. Overall our experience here was great.
Rarely do I get blown away by service. Food, yes, but service is a tough one. This small Indian restaurant is simply a hidden gem in Lowestoft. Mains slightly expensive but the popadoms (photo is of the sauces and onion salad) starters, drinks etc are good value which balances itself out. Recommend 100%.
I went with my family for dinner, we were mind blown with the service they provided us with, they were very busy but made sure they gave us their time with smiles. Their food was also outstanding. Thank you to all the staff and the owner for a brilliant experience 😀
Astonishingly good, one of the best Indian restaurants I've eaten in anywhere in the world. Can compete with the best. The Khatta Metta is amazing. Not found this dish anywhere else.
This is definitely the best Indian by far from the service you get when you eat in too the service you get from the delivery driver. The food is absolutely amazing, if you are looking for a good Indian go elsewhere but if you are looking for the best Indian food this is definitely the place, I myself will not go anywhere but here. If I could give more stars, I would. I absolutely love the service and the staff when you eat in and the food, amazing.
We decided to grab a takeaway with Lowestoft Tandoori as our usual Tandoori is closed for the week- and we have been converted! Delicious, value for money, and extra food free of charge. We were even given the cutest little jar of nuts and dried fruit. Extremely impressed- especially with how expensive everything is becoming, the value was fantastic. Looking forward to all of our leftovers tomorrow, and visiting again in future.
Visited the restaurant yesterday afternoon. We were greeted at the door by a very polite gentleman and from then on we were treated like royal visitors. They were very attentive to our needs and at some point I coughed and a member of staff immediately come to the table with a glass of water beautify dressed with fruit. The food was of a quality I can only describe as the best we have had of all restaurants serving Indian cuisine with a presentation of food to match. The portion sizes were generously large so we did over order. This was not a broblem though as we took home what we did not eat.
Booked a table off the Cuff. Table was available. The staff are polite. Freundly Professional. The food.... Well. We just had Poppadoms to start. As we are not big eaters. Just to be served 3 FREE small starters. When our food came. We we getting tucked in. Then another 2 side dishes FOC. To finish. A flaming Sambuca. Again on the house. We had to take our Nan home un touched.... WE WILL definitely be back... Keep up the good work. You have your business right.
