Jenny is an excellent host (all the staff are but we were served by Jenny). We take our service dog Athena in and the first thing after seating us is not what would you like but "Let me grab a bowl of water for Athena". The doggie menu is unique - never seen one before so Athena had rump steak and veg.

A return trip, while in the area.
We were served by Becci, who was very polite and attended our table well.
Although all the staff we came into.contact with were lovely.
Food was great. Would recommend the cheese dough balls, although I probably should have eaten less before my main.
Clean and good atmosphere.
Would recommend
However the toilets really need to be given an overhaul.

The food was lovely we came in with our little Chihuahua Titch. Staff was very attentive and asked if we wanted a water bowl for Titch. The only downside was the couple sat next to us who didn't like it that we had a dog with us and did nothing but tut and give us dirty looks but apart from that a good overall experience

Brilliant value for money and the team are so friendly. They do great meal and drink deals and have struck a nice balance between a modern and traditional pub.
The manager goes above and beyond to make guests feel valued. He really, really cares about the customers. Thanks to Rob and the team!

Food was lovely, I had fish and chips which was fresh and not too greasy, my partner had the burger with pulled pork, it was huge and he said it was very tasty, the kids chose from the kids menu which look great, only problem is there was no teen menu the younger menu was good for the younger children but my teen had a pizza which was a bit small. They gave the younger children a page to colour but no crayons.

Very accommodating, it was my friend’s birthday and they let us bring a cake in which they served to us. They even put a couple of candles on it for her to blow out. Our starter and main meal were lovely.

Always friendly service, was advised the wait was 30minutes for food but we received our order within that time. Made the most of kids eat for £1.00 saving me £7.00. Was a treat for Easter holidays before going to see a local show

Good service with a good atmosphere. Felt a bit to close to other tables. Plenty of food but the steak was a bit chewy. Paid the bill with the 30% voucher but was disappointed to be told at the till and not at the start, that the Thursday steak deal you couldn't have with the 30% voucher!

We decided to come and have dinner at the spring tide, and we were really happy from the whole experience. We got shown to our table really quickly, served drinks and order taken quickly. The hostess was really kind and attentive. Food come out and was really good! Perfect steak! Then had dessert which was just as good. The whole experience was really good and can’t wait to come again. We traveled around 40 mins to get there and was definitely worth it. Great service, great staff and great food. 10/10

really nice atmosphere very friendly staff. The waitress we had, informed us of the wait on food as it was the busy peak time. Which we didn't mind as the staff were so apologetic about it. Food was very nice and hot which is just what we needed will definitely be back a wee love this place...

Went in with my daughter. The food is great. I liked that they had a specials menu, but it's a bit expensive. Lovely staff. I didn't get her name, but the waitress serving us was perfect!
There's a kids' area, but it's a bit inconveniently located if you're sat at the other end of the establishment.

We had a lovely meal, the staff greeted us as we arrived with a smile and showed us to our table. The service was quick and friendly without being too much. The food was delicious, especially dessert 🍨

We was a large party which is always a challenge but our waitress was fantastic she didn't forget a thing! Very attentive. The food was wonderful not one complaint and with half the table eating steaks that is most certainly an achievement so well done to the chef. And lastly Rob the manager was also very welcoming on the door. Great team, great food, great service.

Mozzarella bites *would have preferred sweet chilli sauce on the side though-this was still drizzled over and there is way too much of it-please consider a separate dish.

I came here with my best friend and our children (both under 2). The food was amazing and our waitress Clare was amazing. She went above and beyond for us. We were sat in the kids zone and it was only us, the children were much calmer and happy. The atmosphere was so calm and relaxing. Will definitely visit again!
