One of the best Chip shops in Lowestoft, very tasty chips, especially when new potatoes are in season. Batter and fish cooked very well, crisp and tasty

The fish was perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the chips were golden and delicious. The portion size was generous, and the staff were friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this place for anyone craving a classic and satisfying meal. I'll definitely be returning to Gresham Avenue for more fish and chips soon!

Great little chippy! I stopped here for the first time this week after driving past 100s of times. I’m glad I did! Chips, sausages and curry sauce were all spot on. I’ll be trying the haddock next time but just wanted to keep it simple for the first visit. Definitely going to be stopping in the next time I’m passing and I’ll make sure to take a photo next time! One thing for others to bear in mind though is that it is a cash only place, no cards.

Lovely old fashioned delicious chips. Great value for money. Had a battered sausage and a roll which we very tasty and hot. The place is spotless.

Great little chip shop, fish cooked to order and it was perfect, crispy golden batter, chips were great too. Never been before as they don't deliver and I've been lazy, but it's totally worth the 7 minute walk and I will definitely be going back. There is room to park if you want to drive there.
