Miller And Carter Steakhouse

My first time visiting Miller & Carter and I was reasonably impressed. Decent sized portions, perfectly cooked steak. I had the T-bone medium rare with a side of bone marrow and greens. The perfect combination. My first time having bone marrow and I was impressed. It paired so well with the steak. My steak was about £40, i believe, and the bone marrow about £9. With drinks and table sides, we all averaged about £60-70 each. Overall a great meal and evening. I would recommend, on the occasions where you can spend that little bit more.

Always a great experience dining here. Staff have excellent service and the food was as usual excellent. Hearty portions and a great range of Steak. I'd recommend the Butcher's Block. My only desire to make this a perfect Steakhouse would be the option of a Stilton sauce with the Steak options and also the availability of English Mustard

Amazing food as always, Steak cooked to perfection. Very friendly service by the waitress and she made sure that we were well looked after. The only disappointment was our drinks. 1st - My wife ordered an Aperol spritz and was served half the portion of the actual drink. On checking with the bar tender he apologies for not getting the recipe right and correct his mistake. 2nd- I always love a Old fashion cocktail, on checking with the waitress if I could have an Old Fassion she said that they only do a Salted Caramel Old Fashion. I was happy with that. When the drink arrived I could tell the drink was not made how its should have been made. When tasted the drink, I could taste Salted caramel syrup at the bottom of the glass with ice and whisky on top, it was not even burbon whisky, Absolutely rip off, as the bar staff are not trained on cocktail and they dont follow correct recipe's. Went for a second drink to the bar to see how was my first drink made, I was told that they ran out of burbon whisky, so i was refused my second drink. Will definitely go back for the food but will make sure the cocktails that are served are worth the money the customers are expected to pay.

We had a fantastic 13th Anniversary meal at Miller & Carter. Rachael took phenomenal care of us, catering to our every need, she couldn't have done more for us and was extremely friendly and polite. We had a mixture of starters, mains and deserts washed down with a bottle of Dom Perignon. The steaks in particular where utterly stupendous, juicy, flavourful and cooked to perfection. We will definitely be back, and thanks once more to Rachael, you made our special occasion that much more rememberable.
