Mcdonald's

On our way to Boston Logan airport we stopped here to get a quick bite to eat. Drive thru was quick as there was no one in line. Ordered two fish filets with cheese, one large fry and two sodas. Got up to the window, paid and received my order. Got back on the road quickly as we had to catch the flight, so pulled out the food from the bag and realized the fries COLD, fish filets COLD. $23 for cold meals didn’t make us happy customers.

Went there to get breakfast with my friend through the drive through. Our order wasn’t particularly complex and jt didn’t seem like there were many people there. They missed a few things with our order. We were in such a rush though that we didn’t haven’t a chance to have them corrected. We were kind of sad about it. Food tasted as expected. Nothing too exciting.

Drive thru....can't hear what you say. Too many times, missing food. Fries are so cold I throw them out. Sandwhiches are so cold. It's not just this McDonald's. Quality and service are like this at all of them. I've gotten a Chicken nugget happy meal. Missing the Chicken Nuggets. The big breakfast...portions are never the same. Only thing worse is Wendy's and Burger King.

Stopped for a quick bite to eat. We chose to eat in. Although modern inside it was disgusting. My feet were actually sticking to the floor. You could hear others as they walked because they were too suction cupped to the floor. All 6 trash containers were overloaded and spilling onto the floor. I watched 2 employees walk by and step over the trash on the floor. I went to the girl at the register and said I understood they were busy but the trash was overflowing and I was afraid someone would fall. She was extremely polite and it was her to come out and empty. She was surprised to see the mess, which tells me the dining room had not been attended to. If it wasn't for that sweet employee and quick response I would give 1 star
