The Hatchery

Maybe it is due to covid and short on staff but i dont like having to order from my phone. I like that the person at the register said we could order with her as well. Other than that i really enjoyed the food, coffee for me was a little on the stronger side. The cilantro omelet with avocado was amazing... the added onions and cheese the the home fries was also so yummy.

Great to be back at one of my favs! We miss eating here. We hadn’t been here in over a year. Terrific as always. And what an effort to make it all work. We ordered (with changes) on the SQR. The offered to take the order if we preferred. The order arrived quicker than expected. And….was terrific. I never had Bloody Mary’s there and didn’t know what to expect…well, I’ll be back for more. We had eggs Benedict and an omelette both were great. The OJ from the bottle, fresh and terrific. Thank you for putting in the efforts to make it all work. Short staff? Didn’t notice. Covid? As safe an inside place to eat as I’ve been to lately. Staff was friendly late on a Sunday morning. They were busy all morning from what we saw traveling around town earlier. More Hatchery is our future.

Here for a late lunch before our ski vacation began. Lovely, friendly staff! The kids throughly enjoyed the cinnamon roll french toast. I tried the pesto, cilantro omelet...its their most popular and it was awesome! Also loved their homemade hash browns (diced fried potatoes) and the seasonings, yum!

Food was ok, maybe if I got something different I’d be happier. Wasn’t a fan of the home fries. That might just be me. My husband ate a shell. Hard to talked privately since the guy next to us was so close. I could hear him eat with his mouth open. Everything was basically do it yourself. I get it…COVID. From ordering and paying with a QR code, disposable everything, to get your own disposable utensils, condiments, and coffee, and clearing your table yourself was all on us.
