Lovely independant coffee shop. Friendly staff. Great menu. Opens late some evenings. Hosts some unique events like cinema nights, game nights, a book club etc.

Best Coffee in town. Really good menu choices for ALL DIETRY requirements. Vegan...? Veggie? Carnivore? No problems. Pets? No problem outside tables available.

The coffee is fantastic here an the food is not far behind it. Iv been here twice now and i have been very impressed. The only downside an the only reason this is not 5 star review is that service is abit on the slow side, however if your not in a rush love coffee is highly recommended.

After reading Natalie Blount's rave review of this cosy and homely coffee shop a couple of days ago I decided to give it a go today myself. I asked the barista (who was very friendly and professional) for a large mug of MDF shavings. Baffled, they replied they only serve high quality, ethical Coffees and do not offer wood shavings, chippings or bark from any species of tree either native or imported. Disappointed (but not surprised) I settled for a delicious full flavoured Americano which really hit the spot and gave less throat irritation and splinters in my gums than the cup of MDF I originally requested. I can only surmise the patron below brought her own wood shavings onto the premises to consume.
All in all, a great little coffee shop provided you don't have a wood based diet.
