The lady Alex was a brilliant host and so well mannered service was brilliant and food was on point great experience for me and my wife. Manager (Elena I think that was her name) came over and introduced herself as well which was a nice touch normally in a busy environment like airports they don’t so very pleased and impressed will recommend to others. Keep up the good work guys 👍

A pretty good airport restaurant. Almost every time I'm flying from Luton I sit here to eat before my flight.
Service is fast and the stuff are friendly and welcoming. The food is good, fresh and with fair prices. You can almost always find a place to sit in one of their comfortable sofas.

Best food and beers at Luton Airport. Really lovely staff, especially Kamila, she is being so nice and helpful, orders arrive in seconds. Definitely it is worth visiting the place for a drink while waiting for your flight.

I felt the need to drink some coffee before the flight. I walked inside this wonderful restaurant, and only after a few moments came Georgiana, who must thank her for the professionalism with which she addresses the client's needs. She described me with great accuracy and dedication to the job, everything -I wanted to consume. Thank you very much Georgiana for the help given and the decision I had to make. A special restaurant, with very well trained staff. I recommend this restaurant to my heart.

I had my breakfast here today — a gorgeous place with a beautiful view of some planes. The comfortable sofas made this place to feel a cosy and warm atmosphere. The staff made feel very welcome, and the breakfast was served perfect. The coffee reminded me of how good it can be.

Fantastic experience!! Despite the rush at the airport, the Portuguese guy working there was extremelly kind. You can charge your mobile/laptop.

Despite the mostly poor reviews I can't fault this Bella Italia based on my experience. It is probably worth noting that the airport was very quiet when I was here, so that probably helped everything to be very quick and efficient. The waitress was just the right level of attentive and the food came quickly. I had pizza so that was to be expected, but it was as expected and was hot and tasty.
(Worth noting that many of the tables have plug sockets, which is a big bonus when travelling.)

I have read all the negative reviews and I was impressed. I have visited two other Bella Italia restaurants in London but none of them does the Roma crust like the one in Luton!
