What a wonderful place! We went for a birthday celebration at Fusions restaurants Bollywood karaoke night. I had a few requests regarding a birthday cake I bought in, which the management dealt with happily. Absolutely flawless customer service! We felt so welcome and looked after.
They offered buffet food that was exquisite especially the pakoras. Great choice of food. Looking forward to going again to try the Italian menu! Would highly recommend.
Just back from another lovely meal at this place, the sea bass was amazing and the wife loved her chicken. Food freshly cooked so you may have to wait a few extra minutes, I for one would much prefer that than processed stuff. The owner is such a nice man and deserves to succeed. I don’t think there is a better restaurant in Luton
Excellent food! Most importantly make fresh pizza base on order. Introduced tasty authentic Indian dishes which are really worth a shot. Excellent staff and service. Overall a very nice experience dining in fusion restaurant.
Son has multiple food allergies, waiter was very thorough in noting the allergies and relaying it to the kitchen staff; this gave me sense of reassurance as to can be very difficult to dine out with him. Gave 4 star because we had to wait a very long time for our food to be served, however the food was very nice especially the chicken tikka pizza.
Fantastic food and very good service. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The new menu offers a lot of new choices in starters and mains. Have been to the place quite a few times and will definitely recommend other people to pay a visit..
It's great to have a local restaurant with a good menu. I've eaten there many times since it opened. The menu offers great value and diversity (Italian / Indian) and there is plenty for kids to eat. The keema calzone is legendary.

Attended a private birthday function st this restaurant yesterday evening.
The restaurant was spotles! Clean and tidy. Glasses did not have dish water marks on.
Drink prices average for a restaurant.
Staff were very friendly. Home from home cosy feeling ... really nice.
We were allowed to put a few birthday banners/posters around the restaurant. Please note that we only used a little blu tac on the glass not the walls.
The buffet that was provided was very tasty. This was chosen by the hostess and the food was seasoned well. The sauces chillie and tomatoe / yoghurt and corriander was excellent. The salad was fresh and crispy.
Everyone who attened thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
The birthday boy also set up live music in the restaurant and the atmosphere overall was excellent.
The manager; his wife and staff were all very hospitable.
Please support this restaurant. You will not be disappointed.
The food when set out was fresh, very clean looking, plates were sparkling, goodxquality paper napkins provided.

Went there with my family couple days ago, upon our arrival there was only one other table and we were greeted by a young man who appeard very friendly and welcoming. Once sat down we were offered to order drinks, each of us ordered a cocktail and a jug of water for the table, cocktails were delicious and i could tell they had been made from real fruit. Upon receiving our starters the restaurant filled up with people and i could tell they hadnt expected to be that busy that night.. They did lack in service a bit, perhaps due to unexpected amount of people they had, it seemed as though they are still learning to work with each other but the food made up for it completely as it was the best pasta dish i have ever had in my life (it was pasta with speck) My mum ordered chicken wings for a started and tomato, halloumi salad for main, mind you she can be a picky eater but i could not get her to shut up on how much she enjoyed her food! In summary, they could work on the service however whatever they lack in service they make up for in food! Will definitely return to try more of their dishes!
Went into fusion on a weekday and I have to say I was not disappointed. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and the food is incredible with a lot of choice. This restaurant is underrated and if anyone is thinking about going then give it a go and spread the word, would totally recommend 10/10.
We used the catering services from fusion for a dinner party, we were absolutely delighted with the food and spot on with what we ordered. Definitely will use fusion again and already recommend to a friend and family.
