We used Robby's for our funeral afternoon tea with the Platinum buffet. By far the cheapest quote around and the best variety of options. Lots of compliments from the guests about the generous portions and sandwiches stuffed with filling, the mini rolls were delicious too but the little doughnuts were most popular. I have been going to Robbys for 40 years and, I still love it. It is old fashioned in style and has a very homely atmosphere , sells basic dishes, the food is fresh and always hot, their fresh doorstep bread is amazing. I took my 19 year old daughter in and she was reluctant but, she now loves it and is a regular visitor. I prefer Robbys over the Costas any day, the rolls and sandwiches are cramed with fillings, the cakes are great sizes not tiny one bite size pieces for £2.50 it is great value for money and the staff are lovely.
